Location and Timing Astrology is the brainchild of Bert Fannin, Sidereal Astrologer. His goal is to firmly establish Sidereal Astrology as a truly accurate and reliable predictive science and discipline. Toward this end, he has enlisted the aid of several of the most talented Astrologers in this field for collaborative projects to fulfill this dream. Additionally, he has commissioned the creation of an astrological program that utilizes all of the advanced methods that he and his colleagues have developed. This program, which is still under development, is specifically written for those astrologers that wish to conduct research that will further the accuracy of Sidereal Astrology. However, it is also designed with a very easy to use interface, so that even the apprentice astrologer may find it extremely useful.

Bert Fannin began his astrological career on February 14, 1969 in Boston, Mass as a tropical astrologer. He attended the San Francisco School for Sidereal Astrology from 1973 to 1976, studying under such talents as Hugh Jeffcoat and John Mazurik. Bert has been able to refine the science of Sidereal Astrology through dedicated research and collaboration with his colleagues, who include such esteemed people as Kenneth Bowser and Jack Contreras. In addition to his private research, Bert has published articles in American Astrology Magazine and the Mountain Astrologer. He is currently working on a series of politically oriented predictive articles, based on the Cardinal Ingresses.
